Embrace your inner fox while getting your fitness on.

The hour-long classes use a cardio-sculpt-cheer technique that Boggi created, and the studio has a system of resistance bands attached to the ceiling to add 12 to 15 pounds of resistance while you're doing the moves. "The method is quite intense, so you need a killer playlist to get through it," says Boggi, who puts together the choreography for classes first and then finds music that fits the routine. "It's got to feel right," she says. "I go on gut." Here's the mix she made for a recent class:
1. Jungle, "Busy Earnin'"
2. Lemaitre, "Time to Realize"
3. The Knocks, "Classic" (feat. Powers)
4. Duke Dumont, "I Got You" (feat. Jax Jones)
5. Meghan Trainor, "All About That Bass"
6. Wild Club, "Thunder Clatter"
7. Elliphant "Music Is Life" (feat. Ras Fraser Jr.)
8. Destiny's Child, "Lose My Breath"
9. Chelley, "Took the Night"
10. Javi Mula, "Sexy Lady" (feat. DJ Disciple)
11. Duck Sauce, "NRG" (Radio Edit)
12. Nicki Minaj, "Anaconda"
13. Martin Garrix, "Animals"
14. Sander Van Doorn & Martin Garrix & Dvbbs, "Gold Skies" (feat. Aleesia)
15. Miike Snow, "Animal" (Mark Ronson Remix)
